How to View a Message

To read a message, you have two options.  You can either read the email you are sent with the message included in the body, or you can sign into the application and read it in your mailbox.  If you would like to read it in your mailbox on your Verified Transactions account, follow the steps below:

1.When you receive an email notifying you that you have received a message in the Verified Transactions application, you can click the link to LOGIN to the platform.

2. Enter your username and password to access the application.

3. Once you are in the application, you will notice that there is a small Mail icon in the top header with a red number beside it.  Click on the button and a new window will open, Deal Alerts and Notifications.

4.  The new message will display as a blue envelope in the “Viewed” column.  When you click the icon, the message will open. 

5. In this window, you have the option to click the “Link to Deal” button, which will redirect you to the deal this message is relevant to.

6. After you view the message, you have two options.  You can click the ‘Acknowledge’ button and it will notify the sender that you have read it, or ‘Delete’ which will remove it from your list of messages.
